Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your billing period.

What happens when I exceed the member limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing members continue working without interruption — we won't lock anyone out mid-session.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes — paid plans include a free trial so you can evaluate all features before being charged. Free: 7 days. Pro: 14 days. Business: 14 days. No credit card charge until the trial ends.

Do employees need their own account?

Yes. Each employee gets a login to view their own work diary and stats. Manager-level features are only visible to admins.

Where is data stored?

All data is stored on secure servers. Screenshots and activity data are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes. You can export all your data as CSV at any time, including after cancellation (for 30 days).
